«Shogun» ha conseguido 25 nominaciones, mientras que «The Bear» le sigue de cerca con 23. Otros contendientes destacados incluyen «Only Murders in the Building» con 21 nominaciones, «True Detective: Tierra Nocturna» con 19, y «The Crown» con 18.
La ceremonia de premiación se llevará a cabo el 15 de septiembre en el Peacock Theatre de Los Ángeles.
La Academia de Televisión anunció los nominados el 17 de julio en una transmisión especial presentada por Jony Hale y Sheryl Lee Ralph. Las nominaciones reflejan una amplia variedad de géneros y formatos, desde dramas históricos hasta comedias contemporáneas, destacando la diversidad y la calidad de las producciones televisivas actuales.
«Shogun», una adaptación de la épica novela de James Clavell, ha capturado la atención tanto de la crítica como del público, consolidándose como una de las series más esperadas del año. Por otro lado, «The Bear», que ha sido elogiada por su guion y actuaciones, sigue acumulando reconocimientos tras su aclamada primera temporada.
Los premios en categorías técnicas se entregarán el 7 y 8 de septiembre, sirviendo como antesala a la ceremonia principal, donde se celebrará lo mejor de la televisión en horario estelar. Con una competencia tan reñida, la expectativa sigue creciendo en torno a quiénes se llevarán a casa los codiciados galardones.
